Are you passionate about creating inclusive and culturally sensitive experiences within the wedding and events industry? Join us for an enlightening event that delves into the significance of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in this vibrant industry.

WECo has added another opportunity for DEI training to the yearly calendar! WECo is hosting DEI training for our members to gain insight on best practices while working with same sex weddings.

We hope you leave with a stronger understanding on how to use inclusive language in your day to day communications, along with some website refresh ideas. The training will include panelists from the industry, roundtable discussions, and guided activities. Networking plays a vital role in building relationships and fostering collaboration within the industry. We encourage you to come with questions, exchange insights, and create connections that will empower you to make a positive impact for the LGBTQ+ community and beyond.
