Description

I’m excited to personally invite you to the kickoff of Think Well, our brand-new community education series created with AdventHealth and dedicated to lifelong brain health!

We’re launching with Brain Health in the Kitchen: Culinary Medicine for Cognitive Vitality—an engaging, hands-on evening where science meets delicious everyday living. Get ready for fresh insights, practical tips, and an inspiring look at how the foods we choose can power a healthier, sharper brain.

Angela Katzer, APRN, NP-C, IFMCP, will explore how everyday lifestyle choices—such as nutrition, physical activity, sleep, and stress management—can meaningfully impact cognitive health and reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias. Following the talk, Lisa Markley, MS, RDN, will lead a live cooking demonstration featuring delicious, brain-healthy foods you can easily prepare at home.

Attendees will leave with actionable insights, practical tools, and fresh inspiration to support cognitive vitality—plus a chance to win a few fun door prizes. Whether you’re focused on prevention, supporting a loved one, or simply investing in your long-term well-being, this event is a flavorful first step toward thinking well.
