Description
Being an ally goes beyond good intentions. This session explores what active allyship looks like in the workplace—and equips participants with real steps they can take to support inclusion and equity every day.
This session will cover:
- What does it mean to be an ally?
- What actions do allies take?
- Participants will receive tangible steps and resources.
The learners will gain an understanding in:
- What it means to be an ally.
- What being an ally looks/sounds like.
- Identify one to two next steps they will take in the workplace.
