Inclusion Resource Fair | Vendor Sign-up

Thursday, March 9th from 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM 

Kansas City Club

Setup Expectations: 

We ask that all participants for the Inclusion Resource Fair be set up by 3:00 PM. You are able to arrive at 2:00 PM to begin setup. You can arrive as early as 1:45 PM to begin setup.
If you need additional time, please make arrangements with Erica Ramirez. 
 

Teardown Expectations: 

You can begin teardown at 5:00 PM. You are welcomed to leave your table active during our B2B from 5:30-7pm. We expect you will break down and remove all items no later than 7:30pm.  
 

Table and Equipment: 

We will provide an 8ft table and two chairs. Table linens will not be provided. We are happy to supply you with one at no charge - please notate on table registration.

Table Fee: 

There is a Table Fee of $100. We offer scholarships for non-profit (501C3) tables underwritten by event sponsors.

Once approved, your table will be free and include an 8 X 11” sign with “Table Sponsored by company or individuals name” along with their logo.
