Description
After months of talking with community, partners, staff, and our Board of Directors, CHC is excited to share our strategic plan and vision for the future. This will include a new mission and strategic vision to guide our work. It helps to ensure that we are attuned to long-term strategies for change while at the same time remaining responsive to immediate needs.
