To avoid confusion and ensure everyone feels welcome and included\, we present "Workforce SynQ".\n\n\n\nSynQ assembles leaders from member businesses with existing and emerging LGBTQ ERG programs to share best practices\, explore relevant topics\, and improve effectiveness.\n\n\n\nRotating monthly between online and in-person meetings\, SynQ provides opportunities for creating community\, resource sharing\, skill development\, and increased collaboration with other leaders and group members\n\nSynQ specializes in creating Pride in the workplace year-round!
