Some call them Business Resource Groups\, while others may call them Diversity Councils\, Pride groups\, or Affinity groups.\n\nRegardless of the name\, the purpose is the same LGBTQ+ Diversity\, Inclusion\, and Equity.\n\nTo avoid confusion and ensure everyone feels welcome and included\, we present "Workforce SynQ"\n\n\n\nOur collective specializes in creating Pride in the workplace on a year-round basis!\n\nSynQ assembles leaders from member businesses with existing and emerging LGBTQ ERG programs to share best practices\, explore relevant topics\, and improve effectiveness.\n\n\n\nRotating monthly between online and in-person meetings\, SynQ provides opportunities for creating community\, resource sharing\, skill development\, and increased collaboration with other leaders and group members.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPlease note that photos will be taken at this event for promotional purposes. If you wish not to be photographed\, kindly let us know upon registration or at the event entrance. We respect your privacy and preferences.
