SUMMARY:Transformation in the Workplace
DESCRIPTION:Transgender Day of Visibility (TDOV) is an international day dedicated to recognizing the resilience and accomplishments of the transgender community.  Our Chamber celebrates this year's TDOV by holding the Transformations in the Workplace program\, set for March 29th at the Federal Reserve Bank here in Kansas City. The day will include transgender and gender non-binary inclusion training and a networking opportunities.\n\n \n\nEducational Program\n\nThe workshop consists of breakout sessions which will appeal to the following audiences:\n\n\n	Businesses beginning their journey - to provide those who are early on in their journey with the tools and information to best support *TGX folx in the workplace.\n	Businesses advancing their journey - to provide those who have established practices/policies for TGX employees and want to dig deeper.\n	The Community - to provide information and resources for our LGBTQ+ siblings and family. \n\n\n \n\nSponsorship and Registration\n\nThere are many sponsorship opportunities\, which will highlight your business and your support of this important event.
