Some organizations call their groups Employee Resource Groups. Some call them Business Resource Groups\, while others may call them Diversity Councils\, Pride groups\, or Affinity groups.\n\nRegardless of the name\, the purpose is the same?LGBTQ+ Diversity\, Inclusion\, and Equity.\n\nTo avoid confusion and ensure everyone feels welcome and included\, we present "The Rainbow Collective."\n\n\n\nOur collective specializes in creating Pride in the workplace on a year-round basis!\n\nThe Rainbow Collective assembles leaders from member businesses with existing and emerging LGBTQ ERG programs to share best practices\, explore relevant topics\, and improve effectiveness.\n\n\n\nRotating monthly between online and in-person meetings\, the Rainbow Collective provides opportunities for creating community\, resource sharing\, skill development\, and increased collaboration with other leaders and group members.
