DESCRIPTION:A Learning Disability Fair for Parents\, Educators\, and Students - Open to the Community! It is known nationally that 1 in 4 students have a learning disability. Come for an interactive afternoon of educating ourselves about learning disabilities. We will hear from community specialists about the most common learning disabilities that our students face. Gabi Guillory Welsh will be presenting along with Horizon Academy who will be bringing a few Learning Disability Simulations for parents and educators. While the adults are in session\, there will be several various themed sensory rooms for students designed to foster healthy socialization and engagement amongst youth. Nosh and drink will be offered. This event is free\, and donations are always welcome.
