Join us for a practical and empowering session on creating inclusive workplaces for TGX (transgender, gender non-conforming, and nonbinary) employees. Learn what meaningful support looks like in everyday actions, policies, and workplace culture.
This session will cover:
- What is TGX?
- In what ways can we support the TGX workforce, including specific behaviors and policies?
- Participants will learn about resources and guides.
Learners will gain an understanding for:
- Definitions of TGX, transgender, gender non-conforming, and nonbinary.
- Tools to support TGX colleagues.
- Identifying common policies that can harm TGX employees
